From ESL classrooms to UX — I design with empathy, clarity, and purpose
👋 Hi! I’m Gaby — a UX Designer with 4+ years of experience crafting inclusive, accessible, and research-driven digital experiences for enterprise, government, and nonprofit clients.
🧠 My background blends strategy, storytelling, and systems thinking — shaped by an M.S. in Business & Branding from the VCU Brandcenter and minors in Digital Humanities and Leadership from Christopher Newport University. I care deeply about building things that work for everyone — not just the default user.
🌿 Outside of tech, I’m passionate about community engagement and environmental education. You’ll find me writing snail mail, doodling, volunteering on accessible trails, or kayaking for turtle research, I believe design doesn’t stop at the screen — it shapes how people connect with the world around them.
